Automatic Chip Trimmer
The Automatic Chip Trimmer is an equipment used in film extruders. The extruders can be balloon or flat with a flat die head. With the use of the trimmer, 100% of the raw material is used, whether recycled virgin or additives. The equipment allows the industry not to waste anything.
The Automatic Chip Trimmer is composed of pulleys to transport the trim, mill with motor, suction hose and funnel with motorized forced feeder. The system is directly connected to the extruder hopper.
